Q: The camera is not working?
A: There are three main reasons. First, check whether the camera is powered on. Second, check whether the connection between the camera and the monitor is normal. Third, check whether the video format in the monitor settings is set to "NTSC/PAL or CVBS" (default state when the camera cable has not been cut).
Q: The screen shows issues such as split screen, rolling screen, or lines?
A: This is caused by a mismatch between the video format in the monitor settings and the camera. Please refer to the user manual to adjust the video format in the monitor settings to match the camera.
Q: The image appears gray?
A: This is due to a mismatch in the AHD mode in your monitor settings. Please change the video format in the monitor settings to AHD 1080P 25, and the correct color image will be displayed.
